Alejandro Madrid Sanchez

Ir. Alejandro Madrid Sánchez (19-06-1994) is a postdoctoral researcher of the Brussels Photonics B-PHOT at VUB. His main research topic is the design and development of direct laser 3D printers for the fabrication of biocompatible tissues. Alejandro graduated as a Physicist Engineer and achieved his master degree in Applied physics from EAFIT University in Colombia. In both degrees, he was recognized with honours for his thesis projects in the area of 3D holographic printers.
