B-Phot's mission in Education and Training is to individually engage its Bachelor, Master and PhD students in top-professional courses and provide them with a unique curriculum in fundamental and applied photonics engineering.

The photonics courses lectured by members of the B-Phot team in the framework of the Interuniversity Master in Photonics VUB-UGent offer each student a high-level training with an appropriate balance between theoretical courses and practical hands-on classes.

B-Phot's ongoing mission strives for educational excellence in photonics through personal interactions between each student and all members of the B-Phot teaching staff.
