Arié Nacar
Phd student
Arié Nacar is a PhD student at the Brussels Photonics (B-PHOT) research group of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). Under the supervision of Prof. Dr Ir. Jürgen Van Erps, he is working on the topic of two-photon polymerization-based 3D nanoprinting combined with liquid crystal technologies for tunable photonics applications. Arié obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 2022 from the Ecole Polytechnique de Bruxelles (EPB) and his Master of Science degree in Photonics Engineering in 2024 from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). In his free time, he enjoys fitness, hiking, board games, and spending time with his friends and family.
