Ludovic Marigo-Lombart receives the RENATECH 4th thesis prize

Ludovic Marigo-Lombart, former B-PHOT & LAAS-CNRS joint PhD student, received the RENATECH 4th thesis prize during the French symposium on Emerging Technologies for Micronanofabrication (JNTE 2019)! This RENATECH Thesis prize rewards an outstanding work in micro-nanofabrication accomplished by a PhD student during his thesis work. He received the award for his work, which demonstrated a new VCSEL microlaser with record performance for ultra-fast data communication. Congratulations!
