Prof. David Hayrapetyan (RAU) gives guest lecture on Investigation of Semiconductor Nanostructures

Last Thursday we were pleased to receive Prof. David Hayrapetyan from Russian-Armenian University (RAU) at B-PHOT as a part of Erasmus+ KA107 exchange program with Armenian universities. Prof. Hayrapetyan gave a guest lecture in the framework of the Recent Trends in Photonics course and talked about Investigation of Semiconductor Nanostructures at Russian-Armenian University during a seminar for B-PHOT researchers and PhD students. We are looking forward to continuing collaboration with the research group led by Prof. Hayrapetyan!
